Do not go here if you have insurance! I was told repeatedly that my insurance would cover costs and then I found out the office (after repeated requests) would not provide the information necessary to the insurance company to confirm medical necessity. Instead they send you to some billing company in Miami and then collections. Had I known I’d get a bill for $4k for something causing pain after they said insurance would cover it, I would have went somewhere else.

Dr. Pfitzinger is great. However, there is one lady who handles the incoming calls and she is horrible. I have called three times for a referral to be sent to my doctor in another state. The referral still has not been sent, and the lady hung up on me when I requested it be sent again. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially since the medical staff itself is amazing.

I went there to have some veins taken care of in my legs. The doctor (Duke) is really nice but several of the front desk staff are not too friendly. I went for my follow up a couple weeks after the procedure and things were progressing slowly so the doc let some blood out of the area and told me to follow up one more time. It was 5 weeks post procedure the the area is still swollen and sore.
