I have used many over years and this office is by far the best i have seen. The staff is always very attentive and personable, they have an idea of my file before they walk in the room. I didn’t take the time to read any of the other reviews on here, I can assume that being a medical office there could be some complaints about time, I think the reality is any office that is medical related can have some delay as they are dealing with different cases an different levels of emergencies. Dr Lightner retired May 2026! I was told office closed.
It took 6 months to get an appointment where I was hoping to get something removed. During my visit I was told they couldn’t do that this visit and I’d have to make another appointment (more money). I did get a mole removed and with insurance it was over $700. For one mole! The front staff have been helpful and the nurse was too. The financial department did not return my call after a week wait.
