It took 6 months to get an appointment where I was hoping to get something removed. During my visit I was told they couldn’t do that this visit and I’d have to make another appointment (more money). I did get a mole removed and with insurance it was over $700. For one mole! The front staff have been helpful and the nurse was too. The financial department did not return my call after a week wait. Dr. Lightner was very attentive and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the procedures she did. Dr. Lightner cares about her patients. Since Dr Lightner knows my history, I decided it made more sense to wait for her first available instead (even though the wait... read more
I called to make an appointment the person who answered while I was trying to answer a simple question if she represents the practice I would definitely not want to be seen if she represents the quality of care I would receive at this office SHE DEFINITELY REQUIRES TRAINING WITH DEALING WITH THE POTENTIAL PATIENT
Front desk receptionist is very rude and not professional at all.
