I’ve been a patient of Dr Lightner for years and have had melanoma twice. I called Jan 2023 to schedule an appt with her to look at some concerning lesions. Since a few years have passed since I’ve been in, I’m now considered a “new” patient. Frustrating yes, but what can I do? I called to make an appointment the person who answered while I was trying to answer a simple question if she represents the practice I would definitely not want to be seen if she represents the quality of care I would receive at this office SHE DEFINITELY REQUIRES TRAINING WITH DEALING WITH THE POTENTIAL PATIENT

Front desk receptionist is very rude and not professional at all.

Front desk is unprofessional and obnoxious, making the patients the butt of their not-that-funny jokes. Probably not well trained on etiquette in a medical office and need some more excitement - I get it. Dr. Lightner is great, but there was a long delay. I came in for a 9am appointment, but waited until after 10am to see the doctor. There are definitely better places to go.

The entire staff, from reception to medical assistants, has created a warm and supportive environment, making me feel like more than just a patient. Dealing with alopecia, I initially underwent injections every 4-6 weeks, which was both painful and stressful. Dr. Lightner consistently explored alternative options, demonstrating her c... read more
