Great service just long lines in valet.
Very late on appointments. I showed up on wrong day, My Bad. The doctor could not see me. But I asked if I could go ahead and get my labs done. Straight out refusal‼️. Said I had to see the doctor first. I guess they were more interested in the almighty dollar for doctor visit.
Cannot get an appointment it’s like an obstacle course trying to get help unless you directly reach out to your doctor via MyChart. Some appointment setters were extremely helpful but then there are others that made it difficult for no reason. Reported and they took no accountability. I’m looking forward to seeking a practice that actually makes things smoother and are more consistent in their ethical practices and conduct. Extremely disappointing
