Cannot get an appointment it’s like an obstacle course trying to get help unless you directly reach out to your doctor via MyChart. Some appointment setters were extremely helpful but then there are others that made it difficult for no reason. Reported and they took no accountability. I’m looking forward to seeking a practice that actually makes things smoother and are more consistent in their ethical practices and conduct. Extremely disappointing

My husband's blood counts were too low to continue cancer treatment so the oncologist called hematology and got us an appointment. They got us in quickly, showed concern and formulated a plan. When my husband was later admitted to the ER, the hematologist contacted me personally. I would definitely recommend.
Duke Clinic Hematology is fantastic! The staff is friendly and are helpful. PA Serena Yin on Eldridge is amazing — so knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to answer all my questions. I’m very grateful for her and the whole team!
They are awful for getting an appointment. My doctor referred me in Jun, they made an appointment for Dec. In Aug they called and canceled the appointment for no reason and now say Feb is the earliest they can see me - 8 months since the referral! And how can I be confident they won't cancel that one?
