I cannot speak to the full medical care unfortunately. However, I can only assume its sub-par based on the lack of technology to handle basic appointments. Attempts to get past the phone lines are fairly worthless. Operators simply put you back into the system that cycles back to the same operators. There might be a good setup, but the online and phone operations just aren't capable of handling basic requests.
