Beware PT named Nicole. Despite telling her repeatedly and coming in specifically for two particular reasons, she intentionally overlooked everything I said, tried to force me to do things. Things I told her other providers had specifically told me not to do, lied to me on the phone, told me that PT isn't for me if I'm in pain and then lied that she never said that, told me that she wouldn't help me and them lied about all of this in her notes. Following hip surgery on 8/20/20 and waiting two weeks I started PT with this facility using Gus as my primary PT and Justin for an appointment when Gus was not available. Started with twice a week sessions for one month and am wrapping up a month of once per week sessions. These two professionals are excellent with both being personable and attentive to your needs and conditions and adjusting based on your progress. Have never needed PT before.
