The lab staff are phenomenal! I recently had to complete a fasting 3-hour glucose test and started to feel like I was going to get sick and pass out. I notified the front desk staff, who quickly alerted the lab personnel. They immediately came out to check on me and provide assistance. Their prompt care and interventions helped me to start feeling better and I was able to continue with the rest of the test. At the time, I was only halfway through the testing process. I will not be coming back to this office and wanted to give the reasoning why in hopes this doesn’t happen to someone else. I came in for my first ultrasound appointment , the lady doing the ultrasound I believe her name was Katie said she didn’t see a heartbeat and said I’m so sorry making me believe that I had already miscarried when in reality there could have been numerous other reasons as to why that would have been including late ovulation, etc. .. I had an amazing experience here I cut my finger pretty good and got stitches. Lamont is one of the most kind and hilarious people you will ever meet. Nicole helped tend to my injury both did a great job taking care of me and got me in and out in as short a time as possible while providing a great experience. I hope this won’t go unnoticed.
