I absolutely love my GI doctor Dr. Natalie Wong. I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease last year, and it's been a really complicated, frustrating experience- but I feel very lucky to have a doctor that is really on top of things. She is up-to-date on current research, and very collaborative with her colleagues. She is incredibly responsive and willing to talk until I do not have any more questions. Such a gem!
Scheduling at this place is an absolute nightmare. Waited for over 6 weeks for any move forward and when called (for the 3rd time) was greeted with a sassy attitude over the phone. And that they had reached out 1 time. No follow up, no email, no text. Seriously considering finding something else.
I will say The front desk miss Hilda and the young lady to her left were amazing but the attitude of the woman on the right corner is absolutely disgusting
