I am not a resident, but I am a neighbor of this property. It was recently bought out by a firm that has posted pictures that are not accurate and do not represent the types of homes or the conditions of the homes in this mobile home park. In addition, the person complimenting the property and saying how much she likes Juan, is affiliated with the management company and therefore has a conflict of interest. When I saw the sign “ Duke Forest New Homes” and then saw the 15 year old run down trailers behind it, I must say I was terribly confused. I thought maybe you were gonna tear those down and put the new ones in that you show in the above pictures. But as I read the responses to the reviews, that doesn’t seem to be the case. If not, this seems to be the worse case of false advertising I have ever seen. Because you and I both know there is no “new” home on the site. The new management company is doing a great job. We love Juan.
There is allot of inconsistency between what is advertised and what the neighborhood actually looks like
