My wife had her cataract surgery done at this clinic, which should be called the SLOW-SLOW Duke Eye center. Please understand that you will be one small cog in an enormous bureaucratic machine which is optimized to make money at the expense of the time and patience of the patients. They schedule dozens of patients to come early and wait, wait, wait——-two to three hours once you get there until the procedure is done, and then more unconscionable waiting for the post-op exam.
