First off yes I owed the money, but what is not gonna happen is an entity I pay to be on my property bullying me. Absolute worst customer service ever. Everyone works from home, and customer service sounds like a robot in water. You have to constantly ask rep to repeat themselves, and then they have unprofessional attitudes and ask you to hold- then disconnect. Then you wait on hold and have to explain yourself over-and-over again. Its bad enough Americans/Carolinians are in the worst inflation of our lives and deal with the overpriced payments of this company. Duke Energy has went down terribly. This Is Ridiculous, We're Constantly Having Our Service Interrupted Even When There's No Storm. Y'all Gotta Do Better. Especially With These Outrageous Bills.
I have fought with this company for far too long now about paying me back my money theynowe me.. i had paid them several hundred dollars for services that they never gave to me. And here i am 2 years later still waiting on my refund. They owed my late fiancee money for a check they issued to me for his estate accoubt however it expired.
