Rude customer service
Duke Energy Progress did a wonderful job at my house the other day. I nicked a line with a trimmer and called it in and the woman who answered my call and gave me an order number was so very nice - she made sure I was safe and sound before anything else. The man who came out, T. Hyman, could not have been nicer or more professional. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Duke Energy is such a joke of a company. They double our rates every summer and make paying your bill outrageously expensive. Their only suggestion for lowering your bill is to set your thermostat to 80 degrees and deal with the heat. Don't even get me started on their poor customer service team. If I was not forced into having them as my energy supplier I would gladly switch companies.
Repeatedly tried to reach someone regarding a security light I requested the beginning of December. Im always told someone will be in touch they never are and the work still is not done.
