Duke Energy Progress did a wonderful job at my house the other day. I nicked a line with a trimmer and called it in and the woman who answered my call and gave me an order number was so very nice - she made sure I was safe and sound before anything else. The man who came out, T. Hyman, could not have been nicer or more professional. It turned out I had not really done any damage to Duke equipment or any other equipment - he put a bit of tape on a cord that had nothing to do with Duke really, just to make me feel better I thi... read more
