Customer service is so bad and my bill is higher than I have ever seen even when 5 people were residing here. This rating has absolutely nothing to do with the hard crew members working out there and the human beings that spoke pretty good English were very good. Now those head people , the ones making the big bucks, the billing dept, I don’t know about them. I don’t trust their calculations.
Once again the power is out. This is ridiculous, the power is out once or twice a month. It seriously needs to get fixed, the power should not be going out this much. It's literally every month, fix it!

My power has been out since 6am this morning. There was no storm or wind in the area when the power went out. My grandma is on oxygen and is having to use her portable oxygen because of the power being out. This is the second time this week the power has gone out for a long period of time. It is becoming a regular occurrence. As much as they are charging customers Duke Energy should be more reliable.
