There are so many different ways to scam a customer and so little time! Is this their new slogan? I scheduled a disconnect for March 31st and even took a screenshot of the request. Fast-forward a couple of months, and I'm still being billed for service at the address. Their useless support suggested I call the landlord at the property and request a refund from them.
