Refused to perform a meter check which they are legally obligated to do. Refused to work with us to resolve the issue with our meter and outright ignored our concerns. We pay more for our electric than my family that own a house double the size of ours. They are robbing customers blind since they have a monopoly on electricity and do not care about the people of Indiana. Indiana deserves better.
We have been waiting since December for the boring contractor to give us a date to finish a job so we can move back in. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional this place is and how lazy they can be when it’s on their end.
They were going to shut off our power today at 12:00pm because “they got a call from someone yesterday to shut it off and move it to a new address.” We have lived here for 20 years and these clowns were going to just allow some random person to steal our power without any form of verification whatsoever. When asked what the address was that it was going to be swapped to they just told us “well we can’t tell you that because it’s their privacy.” What a joke of a company.
Horrible company and sketchy charges. Avoid if possible.
