I am a public safety advocate a Duke energy tandem axle trailer with a excavator can be detected on 211 and a man lost his life because of Duke energy‘s trailer that most likely did not have the safety chain connected the breakaway cable system on the trailer was defective, and as a result, a man was lost His name is George. Worst electric company iv ever had to deal with had called 5 times they kept hanging up on me I manage 2 business and will be looking into alternate electric now due to them very unprofessional if was my employee would be fired on the spot ( on top of it since I have got there service it has been out more in the last 6 months then I've had my whole life from all other providers thank you)
I spoke with a very condescending supervisor name Tim as I had called to request to do so. This was after I had spoken to an outsource agent outside the USA on Friday 8/23/2024. I am speaking to the corporate office now to report the rudeness and as the supervisor said let me tell you like this so you maybe able to understand it.As I called to ask about our electric account and get clarification on our bill.
