Worst customer service EVER. I have been living in a property for 2 weeks and still have not been able to get my power on, because the PREVIOUS tenant did not pay their bill. I was asked to then send in my lease to show that I was not affiliated with the address prior, which I did. After it was proven that my lease just started. Horrible...I wish it was another option for power in the area...would appear that at least 50% of employees are ignorant and useless! Pay extra for insurances/warranty to house wiring. It's been 4 days without AC waiting on an inspection only for someone to now tell me it could be a week before a contractor contacts me to setup an inspection. canceled my service out of nowhere without telling me. Made me create a new account which took hours due to the rep and the supervisor being too lazy and complacent to actually try and help. Three hours later and a third rep, was able to create the account no issues, HOWEVER, now because of the time of day, they won’t come turn my power back on till the next day because it’s a “new account”?!?!
Very ride staff. I tell you what God see what you are doing, you don't think you will answer by to him? You suffer from mental health issues, and I feel sorry for you.
