Price gouging at it's best, can't wait for the Governor to look into this company!!!!!
We've never had an issue the whole 3 years we've had them. They even worked with us when we had an issue and got it resolved. The only thing u can't stand is there hours. What electric company is only open Wednesday through Friday? Fix your hours and that's all the complaints I got
Terrible customer service. Continue to charge me for 2 outside lights when I only have one. They have sent a technician out twice to verify this but can’t seem to get their computer to update to tell me what they found (I can look out my window and tell you that there is only one light pole on my property). I have called 6 times about this and have been hung up on twice already today.
