Powers been out 8 plus hours and counting. New estimates have it being out for over 13 hours. Who ever works the phones seems equally as clueless to what’s going on as anyone else. And hard to imagine the the year of 2025 that electricity can take this long to be repaired.

My electric bill from Feb 2023 went from 178 to 378 in Feb 2025. That's an increases of 2400 a year and i just don't believe inflation post covid is to blame. We're being exploited and i am writing the governor and our congressman for investigation.
Prices have jacked up $250 in the last 3 months. Ridiculous... If the bill gets any higher it'll be hanging out with Snoop Dog. Price gouging to it's core!
Worst company ever how do I go from my power back on at 7:30 to it’ll be on at 11:45. As much as y’all charge it should be a back up generator for the back up generator
