Albrena dial was awesome to work with she not only went over and beyond to help my company get power restored to our project she was very communicative and respectful.
This company is ridiculous. Three times in the past year I have been notified that power is going to get turned off after signing up for auto pay all 3 times, and all three times I was assured that It would not happen again. The staff is polite but as a company they are complete garbage. I am in the military and my wife is a nurse so we stay quite busy and having their autopay system mess up is so aggravating.
