Tim has horrible customer service skills . I’ve paid several deposits over the years and he said I’ve paid none . I went above and beyond to lower my bill these last 30 days since I got disconnected last month . And SURPRISE MY BILL IS 538.00 dollars . 100 dollars more than last month all because of a 380$ security deposit he says I’ve never paid. I’m only an authorized user on the account even though the bill comes in my name and to my email .

When you set up power for the first time the sales rep on the phone will switch you to someone else who will shill internet services. When I told the guy I wanted to do it myself he started getting upset and yelling at me.

They don't replace or repair wire that has been damaged by storms and if there's a tree on top of the electric line. You might as well forget them coming out to fix it. Just get use to flickering lights and blowen electric used items. They keep uping there bills on Americans that jobs are isn uping there pay. SO between having to pay for the blowen electrics and the high bill they are sucking people dry to where it is making hard for people.
