I can not contact Duke at any of its listed numbers . The customer service is terrible. Why do all my neighbors have power and house is out just across the street from Woddward Ave School. This is terrible and no one will even give us an estimate.Why???? 0000000 on all counts
this number is no longer in service and I was referred by AT&T to a car repair as a similar business
