They increase the price every year to the point it isn't sustainable for a middle class family. The customer service is garbage. The CEO makes TWENTY ONE MILLION DOLLARS a year, and yet they need to keep increasing the price? I just got a bill for almost $800. Every single year the rate just goes up and up, way more than what income increases, if it all. Why is basic electric service a for-profit monopoly?!
Never had a single problem. When power is out they’re quick to restore it.
