Im in my early thirties, but I had my first electric company account in my life after moving here, and their customer service doesn't seem very good. 1. My password keeps becoming deactivated for no reason. 2. They sent me a bill that $200(roughly) was going to be charged on {this date}, and then they charged half of it on an earlier date. This company is the WORST at giving your deposit back. Each time I have to call multiple times and they always promise to mail the deposit check to me all while just leaving it on a CLOSED account which makes zero sense. Piedmont natural gas gets me my deposit back within 5 days of selling a home. Absolutely uncalled for taking weeks to send a check. It's ridiculous please do better.

Just got charged 380 dollars. I live in a 2 bedroom one a half bath... I've not been there but all total a week this month. My central heating and air went out. Staying elsewhere and you're telling me I'm paying almost 400 bucks. You guys are a monopoly. You keep raising your rates and have been approved to do so until 2027. You know we have no other choice.
