A monopoly that continuously increases pricing with horrible customer service and no investment in things that would help the people they provide power for. If I could legally not have power, I would. But I am obligated by the law to buy into this monopoly. Soooooo insanely corrupt.
Tell me why Duke Energy has paid someone else light bill with my money and they haven't did anything about. This doesn't make any since. And I sent in all my puff noting has been done. This is crazy.
No customer entrance here.. Big inconvenience.
