I got disconnected because I was in the hospital and forgot to pay the bill. Paid the bill and power was back on in less than 15 minutes of it being cut off. But they charged me a $390 deposit. This is the first time I have been disconnected with them and this is how they treat their customers. Shitty service and then they want me to pay it all in my upcoming payment.
