The building is locked during business hours and when we call they give us the run around and can’t explain why the place is locked and won’t give us any information unless we give them our account information. All we want to do is get inside their place of business to pay a bill.

Wish I could give zero stars. These people don't want us to live and they don't care. After seeing what their CEO makes it disgusted me even more. There is no reason seniors should have to choose between power or medicine. Unless I can get help this go round with mine then I'll have to choose between power or my mortgage payment. A monopoly that continuously increases pricing with horrible customer service and no investment in things that would help the people they provide power for. If I could legally not have power, I would. But I am obligated by the law to buy into this monopoly. Soooooo insanely corrupt.
