This has to be the worst, most unreliable service I've ever had from Duke. While living in my old apartment in indiana it was completely fine. Now after moving to Kentucky it goes out at least once a month. Almost 5 billion in profits but can't fix anything or update anything, absolutely pathetic.
Spent 25 minutes trying to update my email address and then got hung up on. Great service!!!!!
The prices are horrible and way to high for 1100sqft home to be charge almost $600 for 1 month? Your company has no morals when it comes to robbing people blind!
Absolute trash. They reported a gross profit last year of $22.567 BILLION. And they keep raising our rates...
