Duke energy pretty much holds the Monopoly on power in Raleigh and boooooy do they let you know it. Very much over priced and you’ll randomly get hit with a bigger bill with no way of someone telling you why besides prices are going up. This company and those alike it are the reason this country is falling apart. GREED
Absolutely the worst place to get electricity from countless times I’ve had them not accept a payment or go super slow on a payment for over three days and then they’ll literally wait and then they’ll tack on an extra charge for it not being paid in the time that they wanted to, I contacted them about it, and they said their system Was having issues which is fine then you should be able to take away the charge but they said they still can’t do that either and it pretty much took my bill up an extra 110+ I’ve also had random ... read more
Unreasonable, unexplainable bill spikes based on usage. Representative at the business refuse to inspect meters manually after we make our case. Our bill spiked by $100 in February!
