If I could give a negative rating to Duke energy, I would every single time you call to ask questions about a bill, try to pay a bill, speak to a supervisor. You can't get a correct answer. You can't get anybody that knows what you're doing and then they want you to sit on hold to talk to seven different people for them to give you the wrong answer. It's an absolute joke.

If I have choose .I will not use duke energy for my building power . I been try logging 3 years .always not able to ..this company who hired the employee do the website not good at all .dumb. waisted my time keep going to website .not able to pay the bill . And them they coming to cut your power say you bill not pay

First I had a great rep on yesterday but it is Duke Energy that I have felt like for the past 15years does not take care of your customers properly. I feel like this game I’ve had $400 light bills went on payment claim so that it would be the same amount monthly only to end up at the end of the year twice with $1000 overage that had to be paid on top of the regular deal which was still high and I was told I wasn’t on the plans that I know that I have signed up for multiple times I paid the balance out and then all of a sudde... read more
