Duke says they are serving upstate sc but we dont see any trucks working at night or day much. Had two neighbors tell me 20 to 30 bucket trucks sitting in the Williamston parking lot. Checked it out Friday and drove past 3 times and still sitting hours later. Stopped in to ask a few questions. The contractors are waiting on a ticket for the next job. Need to update power supply. All this technology in the world and power is still out going on 4 days. No trees down and area is accessible. SMH
