My service was not stopped in time, even with 2 weeks notice. I was charged for 2 additional months. After countless calls and frustration, Duke finally admitted their mistake and stated the refund amount. Three months later, they still have not sent a refund check as promised, and customer service has no idea when I'll receive the money. I called & spoke with Quintin. He was very efficient and fast. Got my service connected on the same day. They need more representatives like him!
Got my bill in the mail today, they didn't send any lube with it.
I just called to disconnect my service since I've moved and the phone representative, Quineka, made it a breeze! I have zero complaints with Duke Energy, actually they were very communicative and cost effective!
