Shut this company down. Get a real power company in Charlotte plz
I thought about a fixed monthly bill would be calculated as the average of my 12 to 24 monthly payments for electricity. I don't have any other cost with Duke. That assumption was not correct as the monthly equal payment would be at about my highest month ever, which was a minter month. Wow! What to do? Their math and my megger intellectual are obviously not allowing me to understand their calculations.
Duke Energy is trash! They'll over charge you for little to no use on electricity and when talking to a customer service rep, they're literally NO help and are rude. Worst company to deal with.
