This 2 stars is based on my initial call with Duke, setting up an account in my name. 45 minutes later. I had to hear multiple and repeated offers and other ways for me to spend more money. The fact that this company has less than 2 star review leaves me concerned. I'll update this review as needed.
Bill is always changing, even though we run the same amount of power each month. I promise they are charging what we they want. Sometimes my bill can be $150-200 difference! With no changes in our actions. I have had Duke power for 20 years and it’s worse now than ever.
I have always appreciated the wonderful service from Duke Energy. I have never had a problem that wasn't addressed in a timely manner.
Just wanted to compare my monthly usage on a year to year basis to spot any trends.
