If I could give this company a zero Stars I would. They need to learn for one how to train their employees better when it comes to explaining things, and there's not confusion to where people mess up on their bills. And also given the fact that for some reason my bill can never stay the same, I feel like that I could completely have all the lights and everything turned off, and they would still find some reason to drop a $300 bill on me. Love how our power bill just sky rockets and i live in a 2 bed room apartment. Paying for all those traffic lights.
Duke Power contracted with a national tree removal company...who also has a 1.7 google rating...to cut trees off power lines. DUKE never contacted home owners, and they had trees just cut down 1 entire side....which now is a hazard to powerlines during storms. The lack of professionalism is incredible 😲. Now landlords and homeowners are left with tree limbs on their properties and fire hazards all around!
Power always on. Long as you pay your bills on time ;)
