Company needs to be sued because of how may price hikes they have went through!! My bills have been $200 to almost $300!! And I am barely home! People already struggle to make ends meet as is, now they are going to ANOTHER price hike @18% !!!!!! They really need to be sued and I hope someone does.
We have frequent power outages (experiencing one right now as a matter of fact), possibly some of the reason is due to above ground power lines. Also, the power poles on our street are slanted and crooked and have been that way for almost a year and a half. Not once has duke energy come to fix them. In order for a homeowner to do ANYTHING to their house a permit has to be pulled, inspections have to take place, weeks/months of waiting, etc. In short, there is a ton of red tape.
