I hate this company in every way possible. Yall make sure you are the only company ppl can get. My bill was never this high with ouc . Bill $260 in the winter/$300 in the summer. Yall have a laundryvlist or reasons why it is so high and can never old anything about it. My neighbors keep their ac low with no problem.. I keep my place warm because God forbid I get hot or cold for a little, the bill is an extra $100. I only have a 2 bedroom and I work 10hrs and be at the gym for 2.. if I could give yall 0 stars I would
Duke Energy is hands down one of the worst utility companies I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute trash service. Outages happen constantly, communication is nonexistent, and when you try to get answers, you’re met with long hold times, clueless reps, or straight-up attitude. Bills make no sense, prices keep going up for no reason, and somehow the service keeps getting worse. This is the worst electric company in the whole state I’m sure of it. Everytime I make some sort of payment arrangement I even just extending it 24 hours they turn off my electric causing me to have to call them to turn it back on every single time last time they had me on walking outside attempting to figure out the breaker box on my own last night again they shut it off which has caused my air conditioner to short circuit in Florida it’s 9 am and unbearable in my apartment why do you offer payment arrangement if you want t... read more
Will not accept 1,500.00 monthly payment till 3,200.00 balance is paid. Therefore has turned off power today. Will not accept another 1,500.00 on the 8th of this month 6 days away. Additionally had chemo port removed Can not dress it due to no power no water from well. So will most likely get infected.
