Duke energy is the major contributor to light pollution in your HOA the lease horrible LED bright lights that light trespass onto your property through your windows. It’s the reason you can’t see the stars at night. Yes they have a cut off on the top, but they’re not full cut off and they’re horrible horrible LED lights
They charge me 500 dollar deposit because I was late one month, a bill was 800, literally I had no electricity for 3 months, I'm homeless today. They send me to some programs who offer help but it was literally a Catholic church where they just gave me food. There is so much to say I cannot even!!
Get ready. Regardless of years of loyal payments this energy company like to attach random deposit requirements, $380 in my case. It’s been on the news and customers are not happy. Beware.
if i could give 0.5 stars i would. This is the worst “company” if you’re thinking of getting duke energy, please think twice
