It is awful to talk to someone on the phone They have no idea what’s going on they put you hold to ask a questions to answer your question, Duke Energy has lost there customer service With their clients
The worst utility company in Florida The only thing they’re good for is shutting off the service for a late payment If you request to have your service shut off they don’t and then send you to collections where you have to fight Helvey & Associates to prove you’ve done your part, AND THATS IF THEY LISTEN
Just got off the phone with, what might be, the best and most courteous experience I’ve ever had with a customer service representative. Her name is Ms LaTonya. My phone call was at or about 2:30pm on today’s date, 12/17/2020. Thank you Duke for employing such a delightful and caring person.
The worst company I have dealt with throughout my life I have paid all the bills owed to me and I ask them to return the deposit of 440 dollars at the beginning they said 3 weeks the deposit will return to you and now they say it will not come back to you until more than 5 weeks after I told them that I will leave outside America this shameless they want to keep the money
Pretty bad customer service $55 fee for a returned payment plus you're not allowed anymore to pay by bank if one payment was returned and need extra credit card fee every time
