It's good that they have reps coming to Terre Haute to review complaints over monthly bills jumping as high as $700 for a month. These "smart" meters are anything but smart in my opinion unless of course your on the income part of it. We have had our smart meter for 2 months now & are seeing our bill hit the $700 I referred to.
