30 minutes of predatory offers before they would finalize my order to transfer service to my new home. I told them 3 times that I didn't want any further offers and they continued to read them to me 1 by one. I truly hate Duke Energy. Disgusting company.
Horrible Utility Company with terrible customer service. They have a monopoly in most areas - if you have any other options then I highly recommend that you try a different company like a co-op
