Absolutely horrible. Lowest possible "service" available.
i was automatically enrolled in equal payment plan for half a year which costed me $600 more than i actually used. Also Duke Energy did not allow me to unenroll this fraud myself and i had to call their customer service that kept me waiting in line for over an hour because the call was ended by Duke Energy automatically every 10 mins as they don't have anyone to answer my call. Duke Energy deserves a "worst" review.
