No issues honestly aside from power outages that occur what seem like 4-5 times a year. However, always helpful on the phone, easy to bill pay, and work on issues we have shortly after contacting them.
I’m a decorated Marine veteran and senior citizen who has launched four successful companies. My regular bill averaged about $112-$115 per month with normal every day use including heater and air conditioning. As well as regular television use but now that I changed residence and canceled my service. My last bill was over $350 which was totally unexpected. I Would not recommend this company to anybody.
