I' just check my power bill for this month through the automation service it said I owed $562.24 NO WAY IN HELL!!!! NEVER IN 35 YEARS EVER PAID NO POWER BILL NO MORE THAN $283...NEVER!!!! Nothing has changed NOTHING!!!! DECEMBER WAS 176.96 /JANUARY WAS 254.28/ FEBRUARY WAS 248.49... IT'S MARCH DUKE SAYING I OWE 562.24..
Customer service line isn't great lat all.1/ hour and 12 mins of waiting on hold after they told me to call back in an hour. Worst service ever.
Duke Energy took my box without just cause and left me to have to buy a Solar Generator so I can restore and clean up from Helene and only one person uses any electricity any electricity for very little
