In the fall of last year, I made an appointment for Duke Endocrinology and called today to reschedule. I called today and talked to Sasha. It turns out the appointment I made was with the wrong provider. Sasha was very helpful - she not only got me in with the right provider, but in a timely manner. Wonderful customer service - you can tell she cares about her job and the duke endocrinology patients.
Duke Endocrine South Durham is amazing! Dr. Ponder and her staff have been so helpful in getting all my healthcare moved to Duke. They’ve made everything smooth and helped me get the right answers and solutions quickly — something I couldn’t get at other major hospital systems. I’m really grateful for their expertise and support!
I absolutely love the Duke Endocrinology department and this clinic has never disappointed me. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Jones are both amazing. I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for two years now and her attention, knowledge, and kindness are all things I love in good doctor. I see Dr. Jones when Dr. Kelly is unavailable.
