They’ve made everything smooth and helped me get the right answers and solutions quickly — something I couldn’t get at other major hospital systems. I absolutely love the Duke Endocrinology department and this clinic has never disappointed me. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Jones are both amazing. I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for two years now and her attention, knowledge, and kindness are all things I love in good doctor. I see Dr. Jones when Dr. Kelly is unavailable. Dr. Kanos is a fantastic doctor. It is more the Duke health system, like having blood work taken from this office goes to the hospital and costs hospital prices. When I call to get a copy of the blood work order, I can't get one by calling them and having it sent to me in an email or a way I can print it. It needs to be fixed.
This office is very clean, staff is always kind and helpful. Nurses are friendly. I highly recommend Dr Canos. He explains things well and listens to questions/concerns. He seems to truly care about helping. I’ve only had great experiences with this office.
