They promise the world in crude language on their website, but when I reached out to them for a product they claim to be specialists in, an owner curtly informed me they can't help. Upon pressing further, he encouraged me to take their competition's quote! I suspect he decided I'm too small of a fish to be bothered with.
Actually went to Duke electric location on Barton street st in Hamilton. Purchase new blower motor for my old furnace very happy with the service I received from Ken at Duke electric. While Ken was in the back transferring the old pulley and wiring on to the new motor.At least asked by three employees if I was being looked after.Great place thanks for the service. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.
