No phone etiquette. They answer the phone as if your calling them at their home. Hellooooo! No “ hello you have reached duke dermatology Patterson place how can I help you”. They say they call you but when and why you didn’t leave a message so that I can return the phone call. PHONE ETIQUETTE !!!!
Heather Scimeca, is the best. She listens and answers any question I have. She comes up with care plans that are easy to follow and that work. My skin is the best it has looked. The office staff is friendly and very clean. I live almost three hours away and I drive to see her because she is one of the only doctor who listens and actually cares. She goes above and beyond. The office also has a variety of coupons of skin products which is great!!
