Good luck actually seeing a doctor. You can get an appointment about 6 months down the road but they will cancel it and reschedule you for 6 months later. We now have an appointment for 15 months past the initial referral and haven't been to an appointment yet. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or you'll be dead before they see you.

My son has been coming to Duke Neurology for over a year now. Previously he was seen by a neurologist in Charlotte and the wait time for appointments was 6-9 months and then he only had 15-20 minutes (max) face time with the doctor. Dr. Robles and Dr. Mhoon (at Duke Neurology) did not get in a rush and really took the time to examine him and ask questions no one else had asked previously. Wife had a 10:00 appt. She was set to be there on time, however there was a fire on Duke Street that caused traffic to be rerouted. She called the office to let them know the situation and that she was unfamiliar with the area, but she was on her way. She was told that was not their problem, that she had a 20 minute window to make the appt. She arrived before 10:20 and was told to wait in line to be processed.
