Accompanied my daughter for her initial consultation for MS and the entire visit was amazing. Dr. Hartsell and Dr. Baker were very thorough and attentive.

Good luck actually seeing a doctor. You can get an appointment about 6 months down the road but they will cancel it and reschedule you for 6 months later. We now have an appointment for 15 months past the initial referral and haven't been to an appointment yet. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or you'll be dead before they see you.
My son has been coming to Duke Neurology for over a year now. Previously he was seen by a neurologist in Charlotte and the wait time for appointments was 6-9 months and then he only had 15-20 minutes (max) face time with the doctor. Dr. Robles and Dr. Mhoon (at Duke Neurology) did not get in a rush and really took the time to examine him and ask questions no one else had asked previously.
