You should really put on your website when you are not accepting new patients. We took our 93 year old mother in law and were told not accepting new patients and the sign on the door indicated such. Really. Response to the owner. Your hours show that you were open until 7 last night. We took my 93 year old mother in law at 6 and was told not accepting patients and was rudely told there was a sign on the door. Well. My requestis to update your website. Absolutely, no empathy and your staff was rude.
I've been waiting 2.5 hours to be seen for stitch removal. I was told this would be in and out 4 days ago. This was everything hut the truth. I'll be looking for another urgent care provider. This is worst experience if looking for come here
