We love Duke City Pediatrics! Everyone is kind, takes the time to listen, and remembers us each visit even if we haven’t worked with them. It feels more like a small town practice rather than a big city one. As a first mom I get anxious about the new things my daughter is growing through. Shelby is calm, shares her experience, and listens to my concerns all while taking excellent care of my daughter. We are grateful for Duke City Pediatrics!
All our interactions with Duke City Pediatric Care have been wonderful! Easy check-in, less than 10 minute wait to be seen. All staff—from front desk, to nurses, and doctors—are friendly and excellent. Dr. Tapia-Sauerman has been our physician for 15 years! She is always thorough, takes time to explain treatment plan options and make recommendations. The online portal is fast and easy to ask questions or get a prescription refill. Online responses are always prompt and followed up with a phone call. Duke City is great!
We were looking for a pediatrician that would make a good fit for our family, and finally found one at Duke City Pediatrics!! I was impressed by how friendly all of the staff are; from those at the front desk to the nurses in the back. Made appointment for my kids, then was told day of appointment that Dr wasn't going to be there and to just walk in to urgent care on Louisiana. I did and was treated rudely. They were upset that I was there with my kids and they actually called the other office and told them not to send anymore patients over there. Finally got to see Dr Cosimi. My kids all had a terrible cough and she didn't really take me seriously and misdiagnosed all of them. They had a very serious sickness that we are still trying to recover from.
