I really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned at Duke City Dental! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Yvette is fantastic—my teeth always look like they've been whitened after my appointments, and the cleanings are both painless and comfortable.
A most excellent first time experience with Yvette and her team. Very professionally answered my questions regarding oral health and provided great explanations to the cleaning process. Without a doubt, the best cleaning I have ever had. Very thorough. I will return and I highly recommend.
Excellent service! The staff is extremely friendly and they are very helpful thought the process. The dental hygienist is very delicate and does her absolute best to have you feeling comfortable and relaxed thought the process .
One of the worst dental experiences of my life. The staff are trying to upsell services more than a used car lot. They assured me that they took my insurance and I got a bill a month later proving that were dishonest. I was indelibly clear about the insurance before the appointment. One of the employees there actually attempted to shame us at our job site for not returning to their location. Absolutely out of line. Absolutely unprofessional.
My comment includes a previous appointment as well as this one. An excellent experience! The staff is very helpful, polite and welcoming. The technology they have is marvelous. The hygienist who served me today is skillful and unpainful (very important.) I highly recommend this dental service.
