Drove 45min out of my way to see my son's allergy doc and she won't even see me because i got there late. And I called them ahead of time to tell them I will be late. Underestimated the distance with dropping off another child at summer camp, and got lost getting there because gps took me somewhere else. Complete waste of time and money.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with every staff member from start to finish today. My daughter was the patient and has seen a pediatric cardiologist her whole life. Her last pediatric cardiologist that had known her for her whole life, recently left his practice. Instead of switching providers within that practice we decided to try Duke Childrens Specialty due to it being highly recommended.
