The entire staff from arriving to departing were absolutely amazing. Tricia greeted us at the front desk and she was just the sweetest lady - very personable. Then we saw Nurse Practitioner Carrie Lewis. Our daughter had her first (and hopefully last) seizure a few weeks ago and she REALLY took her time to make sure she understood all of the events that occurred so she could discuss everything with us. She was very thorough going over everything, including next steps and we truly appreciate the time she took with our family.
We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Dr. Werner is amazing and we are so thankful for all that he has done and is doing for our daughter.
I would give zero stars if I could. My son has a rare neurological disease and at first they didn't want to treat him because it's "rare", but of course they have to as part of their contract with the insurance company. Since then, it has been one bad thing after another. They sent me some random DNA test kit for my son with no explanation or even letting me know it was coming.
