I took my special needs toddler here for some blood work and the nurses who took care of us were wonderful. Shannon and Robin did a great job and were very compassionate and patient with my fussy boy. I was stressed out and emotional and they were very helpful and understanding. Even checking in was a very pleasant and helpful experience. This was a great visit overall.
The lab staff is unbelievably rude. You would think a pediatrics staff would want to help parents and comfort children. Instead they treat you as if you are incompetent and speak down to you as if you are a child yourself.
Have been trying to call for 4 days now. I leave about 4 messages per day. You would think they have someone there that knows how to check the voicemail. Evidently not.
