Duke Pediatric Rheumatology has been a huge part of our family for the last TEN years. Dr. Dvergsten is absolutely amazing. He and his team are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I had the “pleasure” of coming here when I was a child. The doctors in the rheumatology department completely lacked empathy and bedside manner. They were cold and rude to a child with a chronic disease, and showed no compassion. Do not bring your child here!
