Someone is hard to get through and can be busy but they are a great team and lucky to have them. Switched from UNC and have vowed to not go back. Watch out at UNC oncology. The head of the department is a predator.
We've been waiting for over 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor. What is the point of an appointment if they can't adhere to schedule. Utter disrespect for other people's time. Expected better service from a Duke facility.
