Kind of upset me that we drive 400 miles to see the specialist at Duke and the receptionist refused to give me a not for my son's school for the day before our early morning appointment. The day we had to leave to stay overnight. And she wasn't even friendly about it.
Surprised this place has such bad reviews. We had a great experience here with my 15 month old. We were able to schedule a new patient visit online three months out, which honestly is a short timeframe compared to most other offices booking 6 months+ out for new patients. Front desk staff was friendly. We were promptly taken back to a patient room and Dr. Mousallem came shortly after.
