Surprised this place has such bad reviews. We had a great experience here with my 15 month old. We were able to schedule a new patient visit online three months out, which honestly is a short timeframe compared to most other offices booking 6 months+ out for new patients. Front desk staff was friendly. We were promptly taken back to a patient room and Dr. Mousallem came shortly after. I wish I could give a 0. I was transferred to the scheduling person of this place by the operator of another department in duke. Terrible service. I can't believe these people work with kids. Getting an appointment is harder than winning the lottery, and the rude and unhelpful staff make the process intolerable. Don't bring your kids here unless you want to teach them a lesson about disappointment and how the medical system wants your money but has no interest in helping you in any way.
Duke Children's Allergy and Immunology Creekstone has a 2.3 star rating with 9 reviews.
