Went in for a free oil change and the service department did not tighten the bolt when they did the last oil change. I had it towed back to the center and they had to clean the underside of my truck, oil is everywhere in my driveway. So after getting my oil changed and tires rotated this time, I realized that I no longer had a reading on one of my tire pressures and now had an engine code, that was not there before taking it for service. Warren and Matt has proven that they are capable of making customers extremely happy , they have the people & equipment to figure anything out and make sure you're happy. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and professional when I arrived. They checked me in quickly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free coffee and water, which was appreciated. On June 14, 2025, the vehicle was brought in for a check engine light diagnosis. The initial expectation, based on the technician's assessment, was a turnaround within a few days. However, the vehicle remains unavailable. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, the promised follow-up communication has not been received. Given the lack of progress and communication, there are concerns regarding the shop's ability to resolve the issue.
