Office staff very nice, michael spiritos awful – I have heard that this man (I won't call him Dr.) is not very kind to his patients and I experienced it firsthand. He made me feel so bad about myself. He was arrogant and belittling all the while I was in the room with him. I refused to let him see me cry because I was sure that would make him even more arrogant.
