Wonderful, caring staff
I was notified on 2/7/24 that my biopsy shows evidence of prostate cancer. My physician ordered a PET scan that day; the earliest this could be scheduled is 3/18/24. This is unacceptable.
Would not recommend Duke for breast cancer screening. Repeatedly missed my bilateral breast cancer over five years. Tumors almost 3 cm each were removed following my self diagnosis. Breast MRI showed 10 cm of total malignancy. I had dense breasts, and Duke did not refer for supplemental screening. PCP said tomosynthesis was adequate. Go somewhere else for better care.
